As the third-largest coffee-producing country in the world, Colombia produces some of the best Arabica coffee. Half of this Colombian coffee is straight from the farm. The other half is Colombian decaffeinated coffee which has travelled via the Burnaby BC Canada’s Swiss Water Decaffeination plant. The full round flavour remains while the caffeine content has be reduced by half. As we say, enjoy without moderation!

The Chemical Free Swiss water decaf process removes 99.+% of the caffeine from the coffee without chemicals. This natural water processed decaf Colombian coffee preserves the flavour with only 0.052 (current batch) residual caffeine. The green Colombian coffee arrives with a chemical analysis tag (please see photo) showing the results of the decaffeination process.
This is a blend of Coilombian Specialty grade coffee of which one half is decaffeinated. Enjoy it all day long without undue excitement, only great taste.
