At The Coffee Roaster, all orders over 250grams are sent express and with no shipping fees to ensure you get your coffee as soon as possible!

 

*When   will  my   order   be   shipped? 

Orders are processed Monday through Thursday, excluding public holidays in accordance with our postage contactors.
Orders placed before 10am are dispatched same day.

Unfortunately orders placed after 10am Thursday will be roasted and packed for Monday dispatch. Our contractors are closed or have limited deliveries Friday through Sunday.

 

*WHO  WILL  DELIVER  MY  COFFEE? 

The Coffee Roaster uses a smart automated shipping platform called Shippit that selects from Australia Post, Couriers Please and Fastway depending on who will get your coffee to you the quickest. 

 

*How   long   does   shipping   take? 

All coffee is sent via an express, next-business-day service.
However factors that may effect this are;

*If your order was placed after 10am Monday to Wednesday it will be processed and sent next business day.

*Orders placed after 10am Thursday or anytime  Friday, Saturday and Sunday are roasted and packed on Monday when our contractors return.

*All coffee is sent from our Sydney Roastery and rural areas or areas outside of the normal network can take longer than anticipated depending on the individual contractor’s delivery network.

Will   I   receive   tracking?

Excluding orders sent via an Australia Post express satchel, Shippit will send you a text and or an email with tracking information. Please see example below with tracking link

We will also send you confirmation once your order has been processed.
